The River Rock County Water & Sewer District
is a special purpose local unit of government organized to regulate and operate
the water and sewer systems at the River Rock Subdivision which is located
southwest of Belgrade, Montana. Created in May of 2001, the
District is governed by a 5 member Board of Directors. Board
meetings are held monthly at the Community Center office generally on the 3rd
Thursdays of each month. The public is welcome. Meeting agendas
are posted at
Community Center, River Rock POA Office and at 265 North River Rock
Drive. Contact the District
office for
the next scheduled meeting.

BUDGET AND RATES HEARING NOTICE
The
Directors of the River Rock County Water & Sewer District No.
363 will meet at the River Rock Community Center located at 101
River Rock Road at 7:00 PM on June 18, 2026 for the purpose of
public comment on the proposed rates for the 2026-2027 fiscal
year. The proposed
rate increases are five percent (5%) for both water and sewer
user charges. The
proposed rate increase for water is 5% for both the base and
variable use rate.
The proposed rate increase for sewer is also 5% for both the
base and variable use rate.
The proposed sewer base charge is $36.57 per month, and
usage charge is $1.05 per thousand gallons.
The proposed water base charge is $18.74 per month, and
usage charge is $1.68 per thousand gallons.
